Onboarding & Cleanup
We start by assessing the current state of your books. If there's a backlog — and there usually is — we clean it up with a scoped engagement before we begin monthly services. Cleanup is typically priced as your monthly package multiplied by the number of months you're behind. Clients who commit to ongoing service receive a discount.

Cloud-Based Monthly Bookkeeping
We work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. Bank reconciliation, transaction categorization, and month-end close — with financial statements delivered by the 15th business day, every month. You get access to your numbers in real time, not a PDF three weeks after the month ends.

We handle sales tax calculations, filing, and 1099 preparation. We collaborate directly with your CPA at tax time to make sure everything's ready. Deadlines met. No penalties, no scrambling.
