It only takes a few minutes.  Tell us a little about your business, where you're at with your bookkeeping, and what you're looking for help with.  There are no right or wrong answers and no need to go into deep details.   This helps us come prepared so our first conversation is actually useful to you.

Discovery Call

60- minutes, no obligation.

We'll talk about your business and how you make money, your current bookkeeping situation (good, bad, or nonexistent), what's working and what's not, and what you actually need.

No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation. We're here to help you find the right path forward.

Custom Proposal

Within a few days of our call, you'll receive recommended services based on what you actually need, clear monthly pricing with no hidden fees, what we need from you to get started, and a timeline for onboarding and first deliverables.

No generic packages forced onto your situation. No surprises three months in.

Onboarding

Week 1: We get access to QuickBooks Online, bank and credit card feeds connected, historical documents gathered if we're doing cleanup.

Week 2: We review your chart of accounts and transaction history, questions answered, gaps identified, cleanup begins if needed.

Weeks 2-4: Depending on your situation, we're either cleaning up history or diving into current-month bookkeeping. You'll hear from us with questions; we're not disappearing.

Ongoing Service

This is where most bookkeepers fall down. Not us.
